Matthew Johnston
Managing Member
Mr. Johnston has extensive experience with real estate related law, including negotiating residential and commercial contracts, land use practice, commercial litigation and appeals. This experience includes a concentration on "short sale" negotiations and a significant practice in landlord-tenant related matters.
With an extensive background in business management prior to attending law school, Mr. Johnston uses his business and sales background to practice law in a "realistic" and "common sense" way. While he is an experienced New Jersey State Mediator, Mr. Johnston also has a proven record of accomplishment in protecting his clients' interests by practicing before various New Jersey and Federal Courts.
Mr. Johnston is an Adjunct Professor of European History at County College of Morris and is actively engaged in agricultural research and development of his two-hundred year-old farm in Long Valley, NJ.

Mr. Peters is highly experienced in real estate related law, with an emphasis on negotiating and closing residential transactions. He also has significant experience with commercial and municipal litigation. This experience includes a concentration in the defense of DUI and other automobile related infractions.
